Paper Lunch Box Machine FAQ
Find quick answers about model selection, mold customization, raw material, glue process, shipping protection and after-sales support.
Which paper lunch box machine model should I choose?
Choose HS-800 or HS-1000 for single-station production and flexible startup capacity. Choose HS-1200 or HS-1400 when you need double-station output, higher throughput or independent operation for different box specifications.
What box types can Hongshuo machines produce?
The machines can form burger boxes, takeaway lunch boxes, cake boxes, French fries boxes, flip-top boxes, boat-shaped boxes, window boxes, fold-over boxes, and lock-bottom paper boxes, depending on mold design.
Can Hongshuo customize molds from my sample box?
Yes. Provide box samples, drawings, or target dimensions. Hongshuo evaluates material, folding structure, and glue position, then designs the forming mold for the required box style.
What raw materials are supported?
The listed models support 200-600 g/m2 cardboard, coated paper, and corrugated paper. Final compatibility should be confirmed with your box drawing, coating, crease line, and food packaging requirements.
Do you support cold glue and hot melt adhesive?
Hongshuo promotes food-grade cold glue as the standard solution and can provide hot melt adhesive as an option. The right process depends on box structure, speed, glue cost target, and local packaging standards.
How is the paper lunch box machine protected during shipping?
The machine is wrapped with shock-absorbing protection and packed in a reinforced wooden case for international express, air freight or sea freight delivery.
What warranty and after-sales support are available?
Hongshuo provides a one-year warranty, training materials, spare parts inventory, and after-sales support. For defective accessories found during first use, replacement handling can be coordinated with the next order according to the service policy.
