Machine working method is cutting paper roll material according to the length, and roll up a little from the beginning until the entire paper segment is rolled, in winding process, paper stick two sides ends keep flush, so it is also called the straight winding machine.
Because machine is only coated one layer of glue on the paper stick outer circle, the hardness of the paper stick will be softer than paper stick of inclined winder machine made. So our machine paper sticks are used in cotton swab, perfume sticks, cakes, lollipops, shoe support and other products or industries.
Paper stick machine usually produce more than 3.0mm diameter or bigger sticks. (the paper stick above 3.0mm is a bit soft);
